• Contact & Inquiry Data — name, email address, company name, job title, and message content submitted via our contact form or email.
• Engagement Data — information exchanged during consulting engagements, including business context, organisational data, and project-related materials provided by you.
• Technical Data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and pages visited, collected automatically through standard web server logs.
• Communication Records — correspondence via email or video calls, retained for service delivery and continuity purposes.
